Position Overview:
The Preconstruction Project Specialist plays a vital role in the early stages of construction projects by conducting thorough market research, completing prequalification processes, and supporting business development efforts through the creation of marketing materials and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
The Preconstruction Project Specialist will undertake the following tasks:

  • Manage the CRM database, collaborating with the Corporate PMO.
  • Oversee regional CRM data entry and reporting.
  • Provide training for new CRM users.
  • Conduct research for business planning and new market opportunities.
  • Maintain the Prequal Master, ensuring all necessary information for prequalifications is up to date.
  • Lead the regional prequalification process and complete necessary submittals.
  • Coordinate with third-party prequalification systems such as Avetta and ISNetworld.
  • Assist Estimators with bid forms and proposal submissions.
  • Facilitate monthly Business Development meetings with regional leads.
  • Gather project metrics from estimators for database updates.
  • Create presentations and marketing collateral for various company needs.
  • Organize trade show events and assist with corporate events.
  • Support safety communications and initiatives across the organization.
  • Track market metrics and prepare Economic Quarterly Dashboards.
  • Research and identify potential top customers.
  • Provide administrative support for Marketing, Business Development, and Estimating teams as needed.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Communications, or have equivalent experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite is required.

Competencies:
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, effective time management, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
