We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maple Springs of Wasilla, a leading Skilled Nursing Facility in Alaska. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our facility's mission of delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

About the Role

This is a full-time/part-time position with a competitive hourly rate of $45.00. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Alaska
  • 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
