We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care to patients in a home setting. As a LPN Homecare Specialist, you will work closely with adult and pediatric patients, specializing in Private Duty Homecare Nursing.

• Provide comprehensive care to patients, including ADLs, medication administration, Enteral Tube Feeding, Tracheostomy, and Ventilator care.
• Work collaboratively with patients and their families to develop personalized care plans.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.
