We are currently in search of compassionate and dedicated support specialists to assist in our mission of providing high-quality care.
Compensation: $17-22 per hour (negotiable based on experience and availability)Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred experience in caregiving, medication administration, and tube feeding (1 year)
- CNA certification is a plus
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and transportation needs
- Encourage participation in various activities outside the facility
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
- Manage and redirect challenging behaviors as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Successful completion of a drug test
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lift and transfer items weighing over 50 lbs
- Clear background check
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Current vehicle insurance meeting state requirements
- Physical capability to handle up to 50 pounds
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- On-call duties
- Overtime opportunities
