We are currently in search of compassionate and dedicated support specialists to assist in our mission of providing high-quality care.

Compensation: $17-22 per hour (negotiable based on experience and availability)

Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred experience in caregiving, medication administration, and tube feeding (1 year)
  • CNA certification is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and transportation needs
  • Encourage participation in various activities outside the facility
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and team members
  • Manage and redirect challenging behaviors as needed
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a drug test
  • High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Ability to lift and transfer items weighing over 50 lbs
  • Clear background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Current vehicle insurance meeting state requirements
  • Physical capability to handle up to 50 pounds
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
