Job Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator role at Aramark is a dynamic position that requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
