Position Overview

The Advanced Imaging Technologist is responsible for conducting a variety of imaging examinations including CT, MRI, and general radiographic procedures as prescribed by the attending physician or radiologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive imaging exams and additional procedures such as EKGs and lab draws as necessary.
  • Evaluate, document, and uphold all imaging results and associated records.
  • Ensure compliance with all certification requirements, including maintaining certification from the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (A.R.R.T.).
  • Exhibit proficiency in CT, MRI, and X-ray imaging modalities, with prior experience being essential.
Qualifications

Candidates must possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Radiologic Technology program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).

Board certification in CT and MRI is mandatory within 18 months of employment, with ARRT certification in MRI being preferred.

Work Schedule

Flexibility to work various shifts, including:

  • Rotating shifts: 6a-2p, 630a-230p, 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p, 10a-6p

Hours Per Week: 40
