Job Overview

We are seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading community fundraising efforts, including peer-to-peer campaigns, monthly giving programs, and relationships with mid-tier donors.

Main Responsibilities
  • Model and lead a positive 'One Cradles' culture, underpinned by Cradles' Cultural Values and related behaviors.
  • Serve as a member of the Family Philanthropy Development Team and manage a portfolio of family/individual funders to help meet the team's annual fundraising goals.
  • Execute and attend monthly stewardship events for members of the Family Leadership Circle.
  • Assist with the Teen Leadership Corps program, which provides an opportunity for middle and high school students to develop leadership skills.
  • Support volunteer inquiries from family and individuals and scheduling special celebrations in the Giving Factory.
Performance Measures
  • Generate new business and renewals to grow total base of revenue in each personal fundraising bucket: donor portfolio, peer-to-peer, monthly giving.
  • Successfully collaborate with the Development Team to achieve personal, team, and market revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of C2C programs, data, and impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Current valid driver's license and personal auto required.
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in a development or sales role required.
  • Experience managing peer-to-peer fundraising strongly preferred.
  • Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention-to-detail, organization, prioritization, initiative, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Easily navigate Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce or other CRM experience a plus.

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
