Overview

BridgePoint Associates, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Fundraising Director to lead its philanthropic efforts. With a focus on improving the lives of students through education, the ideal candidate will develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet or exceed development goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the organization's fundraising efforts, including the development and implementation of fundraising and donor engagement strategies
  • Develop strategies to diversify funding sources and increase the overall donor base
  • Provide moves management to a portfolio of high-level donors capable of giving 6- and 7-figure gifts
  • Establish metrics to evaluate fundraising efforts and report on progress
  • Serve as a board liaison and collaborate closely with the Executive Director and Chair of the Board for Board of Directors fundraising efforts
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant fundraising experience, including time in a leadership role
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a demonstrated track record of securing 6+ figure gifts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on generating results
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, BridgePoint Associates offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
