About the Role

Schultz & Williams is seeking a skilled Digital Account Executive to join our rapidly growing digital team. This mid-to-senior level position will work with nonprofit clients, our digital team, and account teams to develop and execute the digital components of multichannel fundraising, advocacy, and membership campaigns.

This role requires an advanced knowledge of digital strategy and execution, including creative approaches and campaign management across channels and mediums. Strong communication skills (written and verbal), project management capabilities, and understanding of client relationships are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist on multiple accounts in creating engaging content, including emails, social media, landing pages, online advertising, and web content
  • Manage projects from concept to execution and evaluation, collaborating with internal teams, clients, and partners
  • Integrate digital program elements into larger organizational efforts for our clients
  • Built and maintain audience participation in digital programs
  • Apply analytical and creative thinking to improve digital programs
  • Create tailored content for audiences and organizations
  • Execute campaigns based on deep understanding of content, user experience, and design
  • Promote content through mass email systems
  • Develop and deploy targeted online advertising
  • Review campaign elements for successful launch
  • Manage client project schedules and track digital work in progress

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital roles within fundraising, advocacy, or public affairs sectors
  • 3+ years of direct response or digital fundraising experience
  • Agency and/or nonprofit experience preferred
