Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and assisting with administrative duties.
Responsibilities:- Answer phone calls and emails with enthusiasm while maintaining a high level of output with other responsibilities
- Assist customers with account questions or processes
- Process incoming orders daily
- Create return advices for all returned items, price discrepancies, and defective items
- Assist with daily administrative duties
- Ability to research and resolve issues in a timely manner while prioritizing other duties
- Participates in the ongoing goal of process improvement
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Prior customer service experience preferred (0-5 years)
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, including proper grammar and punctuation
- Listen attentively to customers, identify needs/problems, and provide assistance
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel
- Multitask while maintaining a high level of efficiency
- Ability to navigate data entry system and other relevant applications
- Ability to work with colleagues to achieve team goals
The estimated salary for this role is $17 per hour, with a total compensation package that includes a competitive hourly rate and opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a contract role for 520 hours, close to 3 months, with the possibility of conversion into a full-time position.
