Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA Lead to join our team at Gardant. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, coordinate the nursing aide schedule to ensure seamless coverage.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks as requested.
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
  • Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant regulations regarding resident information.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant program is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

This salary range is based on industry standards and location considerations.
