Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Sterile Processing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of robust experience in sterile processing, particularly in orthopedic and spinal procedures. This role requires a subject matter expert who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform decontamination and assembly of surgical instruments.
  • Handle a variety of sets, ensuring proper inspection, cleaning, sorting, and wrapping.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with essential instruments and soft goods used in surgical settings.
  • Utilize charting systems such as CensiTrac and EPIC effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Certification as CRCST or CBSPD.
  • Strong knowledge of decontamination processes and assembly techniques.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

Work Schedule:
  • Day, evening, and morning shifts available.
