Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Business Process Management Lead to join our team at ASML. As a key member of our Operational Excellence group, you will be responsible for driving improvements to our business processes and supporting IT tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Lead a High-Performing Team: As Group Lead, you will be responsible for developing the competences and growth of your team members, managing their allocation to improvement projects, and identifying waste and areas for improvement in our business processes.
  • Process Improvement and Optimization: You will work closely with senior management and process owners to identify improvement actions based on process adherence KPIs, and provide input to our improvements portfolio for required short and long-term process and IT solution capability step-ups.
  • Strategic Planning and Deployment: You will support our senior staff in translating corporate targets into concrete improvement proposals, and facilitate workshops to define as-is and to-be processes using tools such as SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, and LEAN6Sigma.
  • Collaboration and Communication: You will participate in ASML's global Process Excellence competence center and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, business process management, IT, management sciences, or equivalent.
  • Experience: > 8 years of relevant work experience in a complex manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leading teams and holding senior positions in Operational Excellence and business process management/improvements departments.
