Director of Operational Excellence

At McDonald's Restaurants, we are seeking a Director of Operational Excellence to join our team. This is a vital role that requires a leader who can drive business results, foster a positive work environment, and promote a customer-centric culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurants, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing budgets, supervising staff, and implementing processes to improve customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
