Operations Project Coordinator

We are seeking an Operations Project Coordinator for the Wilton Factory Operational Excellence division. The Operations Project Coordinator will oversee intricate implementations of software, tools, and processes within the manufacturing and operational sectors. Key responsibilities may encompass defining project scope, planning, budgeting, executing, and reporting on the project. The Operational Excellence division within Wilton Factory is dedicated to ongoing and structural enhancements related to workflows, processes, and IT tools. Projects typically involve cross-departmental enhancements (e.g., logistics, planning, production engineering, and manufacturing).
Key Responsibilities
- Direct projects in accordance with the ASML project methodology. This includes, but is not limited to: defining the project team and obtaining approval on the project plan, managing project timelines, executing the project to achieve impact, establishing project reporting, and transferring project ownership to the process owner in line management.
- Engage with key stakeholders across Wilton Factory to align and prioritize needs for new processes or enhancements. Ensure ongoing engagement and commitment from key stakeholders to deliver and take ownership of improvements.
- Assess financial implications and business cases for necessary enhancements.
- Provide progress reports to Project Boards and/or Wilton Factory senior management.
- Facilitate the development and execution of change management strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical field or business administration. An MBA is preferred.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as Prince2 or PMBOK foundation & practitioner is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing cross-departmental projects within a technical environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence and/or managerial experience, such as lean manufacturing, operations improvement, World Class Manufacturing, Six Sigma (green belt, black belt), and quality assurance.
- Experience with Agile practices and mindset is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Additional Information
Responsibilities include:
- Regularly required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands for keyboarding, handling, and feeling; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the facility.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- Travel may be required based on business needs.
- Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
