  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Maintain a supply of all bar products and supplies, including glassware and expendable paper
  • Ensure the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, and equipment
  • Collect payment for drinks served and provide accurate change
  • Greet and provide immediate attention to guests, learning their names and preferences
  • Monitor guest experience and take action to ensure the best customer service
  • Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies and inventory are available
  • Prepare garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks
  • Perform clean-up and closing duties as assigned
  • Adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years of bartending experience
  • Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
  • Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor and common drink recipes
  • Strong customer/guest orientation, organized, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dependable
