Mixologist

The Union Social is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, according to company standards.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the workspace, equipment, and inventory.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including responsible beverage service and cash handling practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
