Senior Quality Assurance Lead

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manual testing strategies to ensure that the front-end development meets quality standards and is prepared for deployment.
- Conduct manual testing across various platforms including Mac, PC, and mobile devices to verify compatibility with websites, applications, and other digital initiatives.
- Supervise a team of junior QA testers, delegating tasks, evaluating outcomes, and organizing daily testing activities.
- Collaborate with Designers, Front-End Developers, and Project Managers to assess the design and execution of the user experience.
- Engage with Backend Developers to evaluate features and performance.
- Identify and document all defects thoroughly.
- Ensure compatibility across all browsers, devices, and delivery methods.
- Participate in design and code evaluations as necessary.
- Recognize and share best practices within the team.
- Occasionally conduct scalability assessments through load and stress testing.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficient in JavaScript.
- Experience in manual website testing.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
- Understanding of cross-browser compatibility challenges and client-side performance factors.
- Design and user experience awareness.
- A genuine interest in emerging technologies and creative solutions.
- Preferred: Experience testing on mobile devices and a solid understanding of mobile operating systems and browsers.
- Must reside in Los Angeles and work from our studio.
