Position Overview
As Altruist embarks on an exciting journey, we are in search of a Senior QA Engineer to enhance our Quality Assurance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive automation suite for regression and functional testing.
- Minimize bug leakage through effective testing strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management to guarantee the quality of every feature developed.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, serving as a role model.
- Refine the automation framework to improve scalability.
- Identify and implement design patterns and best practices within the QA team.
- Create mock services and alternative testing methodologies to boost test coverage.
- Over 5 years of experience in constructing front-end and back-end automation frameworks.
- Versatile in taking on various roles to help achieve team objectives.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and test-driven development.
- Familiarity with databases, SQL, and application servers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Java programming.
Salary range: $136,000 - $170,000 USD
