Interim Staff Development Coordinator for Agency

We are seeking an experienced Interim Staff Development Coordinator to join our team at Preferred Professional Services (PPS), a proud affiliate of National Health Care Associates. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will design, implement, and oversee training programs that empower our staff to provide high-quality care and achieve clinical program objectives aligned with our mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and coordinate orientation and ongoing training programs that ensure exceptional care delivery to our residents
- Assess training needs, develop curriculum, and implement educational strategies
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements and best practices
- Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and staff certifications
- All shifts available, including per diem and temp-to-hire

- Advanced degree or certification preferred
