Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales of our emergency air transport services to the local community, building a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers, and achieving sales and company goals.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads for new business through cold calling, customer referrals, community involvement, and collaborating with leadership on marketing programs.
- Complete the full sales cycle from introduction and discovery to needs analysis, proposal creation, closure, and ongoing follow-up and management.
- Build a pipeline of B2C and B2B customers sufficient to achieve sales and company goals.
- Closing smart business opportunities that align with Air Evac Lifeteam's objectives and practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions sales experience, preferred.
- Emergency medical transport industry knowledge, preferred.
- Background and substance screenings will be completed.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
