The Inside Sales Representative is a key player in our sales team, responsible for building strong relationships with customers to drive business growth. This role involves consulting with new and existing customers to understand their plastics needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong customer base through exceptional sales and service
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Provide product information and support to customers
• Identify sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and efficient order processing
• Assist with inventory management to meet customer needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent computer skills and negotiation skills
• High level of honesty and integrity
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver's License
• (Preferred) BA or BS Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing, or substantial equivalent business experience
• (Preferred) Plastics/industrial distribution experience
• (Preferred) 1 year or more of commercial experience
