Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at vTech Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of contracts, ensuring timely renewals, and providing contractual guidance to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive contract repository and tracking system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Support proposal development, submissions, and negotiations with external vendors.
  • Provide contractual interpretation and guidance to internal teams, including Supply Chain Services.
  • Perform financial analysis on proposals and contracts, ensuring compliance with department requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal project management teams to ensure seamless contract administration.
Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
