Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at vTech Solution. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the Information Service contract repository and tracker, ensuring timely renewals of Info Services contracts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are required, as well as strong computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support proposal development, submissions, negotiations, and provide contractual interpretation.
  • Ensure timely renewals of IT contracts.
  • Maintain contract tracking excel spreadsheet and contract repository.
  • Send out weekly and bi-weekly status update communication to stakeholders on Contracts/Purchase Requests.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly meeting with Supply Chain. Take meeting minutes, records action items and follow-up.
  • Financial Analysis.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong computer literacy.
