  • Manage user-generated content permissions.

Influencer Relations

  • Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential influencers and brand advocates.
  • Collaborate with influencers on campaign and content requirements, reviewing submissions, analyzing results, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Continuously assess and report on ROI from influencer partnerships, justifying new or ongoing collaborations.
  • Handle sample order requests efficiently.

  • Coordinate with the communications team to manage social advertising expenditures, estimating and tracking ROI against projected and actual outcomes.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing across social channels to optimize performance.

Research, Reporting, and Monitoring

  • Conduct regular research across social platforms to support marketing objectives (end-user insights, competitive analysis, new product launches, overall brand visibility).
  • Monitor trends and establish effective benchmarks for evaluating the impact of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze, review, and report monthly to enhance results; translate qualitative data into actionable recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of major social platforms and their analytics.

Qualifications:
