As an integral member of our Recruitment team, you will spearhead efforts to attract, source, and secure top engineering talent within the power sector. Qualifications / Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Recruiter with a focus on engineering positions.
  • Strong understanding of engineering disciplines and the technical skills necessary for various roles (e.g., electrical, mechanical, and design engineering in the power sector).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience in a corporate recruitment environment, particularly within technology or engineering fields.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work setting.
