Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate multiple CNC machines to fabricate high-precision components.
  • Efficiently load and unload materials for machining processes.
  • Initiate and oversee the machining operations to ensure quality output.
  • Perform dimensional checks on finished products to guarantee compliance with specifications.
  • Replace and maintain tooling as required to uphold production standards.
  • Ensure adherence to strict tolerance levels throughout the machining process.
  • Follow established quality assurance protocols and production timelines.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in setting up and operating 3 or 4-axis CNC Milling Machines.
  • Proven track record in the production of precision-engineered components.
  • Strong ability to work with tight tolerances and specifications.
  • Proficient in interpreting mechanical blueprints and schematics.
  • Experienced in part inspection and familiar with various inspection tools.
  • Solid understanding of shop mathematics.
  • Experience with live tooling adjustments.

  • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 20lbs.
