  • Set up, program, and operate CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts according to technical drawings and specifications.
  • Load raw materials into the CNC lathe and monitor machine operation to ensure optimal performance.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain tolerance and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and replacing worn tools or parts.
  • Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to machine performance or product quality.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and models to determine machining requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines and optimize processes.
