Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with various functions, including cloud architecture, compliance, risk management, and engineering.
  • Establish objectives that provide clear business value and track progress.
  • Communicate complex concepts effectively, driving decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Foster enthusiasm for governance's value within the organization.
  • Exhibit self-direction and proactively identify problems and opportunities.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.
  • Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics to influence leadership decisions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Possess experience in compliance and risk management.
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Define and implement compliance and governance strategies aligned with corporate vision.
  • Proficient in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, EJBs, WebLogic, JBoss, Ab Initio, Sybase, and Shell scripting.
  • Business acumen in Benchmark Data, Reference Data, Yield Book, and BLBG Port.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of ETL/Big Data projects.
  • Expertise in ETL technologies, particularly Ab Initio and Hadoop.
  • Understand the potential impacts of proposed solutions on other systems and processes.
  • Participate in the execution of the architectural strategy on a daily basis.
  • Mentor others on design and implementation standards and best practices.
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Ab Initio ETL.
  • Professional experience in production support.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
