About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Under the guidance of senior delivery managers, track the delivery of assigned projects and ensure all necessary ceremonies are performed.
  • Support senior delivery engineers in overseeing business operations functions, such as headcount or vendor Statement Of Work Management.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of self-service management dashboards using the latest data visualization and analytics tools.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate current business operations and project management processes by introducing advanced Artificial Intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create simple and sustainable software solutions for complex problems.
  • Coordinate with other Scrum teams within the R&D organization to ensure consistent processes and best practices are followed.
  • Participate in the agile software development process, including attending daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Participate in on-the-job and formal trainings to develop your career.

  • Gain knowledge of Scrum, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Lean, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • In partnership with senior delivery managers, contribute to researching the path to achieve automation of operational processes and metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics, or other technical course of study.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience or equivalent college project experience.
  • Familiarity with concepts for delivering software following Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge about tracking issue systems and wikis (e.g., Jira and Confluence).
  • Familiarity with one of the data visualization tools (Power BI, QlickSense, Tableau).
  • Completed Accounting or Contract Law classes while at school.
  • Eager to learn and challenge the status quo, with a very analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range

$52,000 - $78,520 Annual
