- Gain hands-on experience with Scrum ceremonies, learn how to scale Agile delivery, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry delivery trends and best practices.
- Develop a full understanding of different delivery methodologies and business operations processes; learn how to manage projects and programs of various complexities.
- Gain knowledge of Scrum, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Lean, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- In partnership with senior delivery managers, contribute to researching the path to achieve automation of operational processes and metrics.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Physics, or other technical course of study.
- 0-2 years of professional experience or equivalent college project experience.
- Familiarity with concepts for delivering software following Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge about tracking issue systems and wikis (e.g., Jira and Confluence).
- Familiarity with one of the data visualization tools (Power BI, QlickSense, Tableau).
- Completed Accounting or Contract Law classes while at school.
- Eager to learn and challenge the status quo, with a very analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
