These systems are essential for detecting, identifying, locating, and countering threats faced by joint forces and international aircrew.
We specialize in creating advanced digital Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems and are looking for dedicated systems engineers to collaborate within cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams focused on the development and support of next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems. This full-time position encompasses comprehensive Digital Modeling of various Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems across current and future platforms, simulating target environments, and playing a pivotal role in integrating Digital Modeling into EW System hardware, which is crucial for cost and schedule efficiency from concept through deployment in operational settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and test software through requirements analysis and system architecture design.
- Participate in program technical interchange meetings and integration and test discussions.
- Establish priorities for RF Test Software development.
- Conduct technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation.
- Evaluate alternatives considering cost, risk, supportability, and perform comprehensive analyses for total systems.
- Ensure a logical and systematic transformation of product requirements into comprehensive systems solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into precise hardware/software specifications.
Work Environment
This position requires full-time onsite work at a BAE Systems facility to facilitate consistent collaboration and meet the demands of the role.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) with a minimum of:
- 6 years of experience with a BS, 4 years with an MS, or 2 years with a PhD.
- 5 years of experience in C/C++/C# programming.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux Development Environments.
- Experience in Containerized Software Code Deployment.
- Background in Embedded Software Development.
- Proficiency with Version Control, Configuration Management, and Issue Tracking tools (e.g., Bitbucket, GitLab, GitHub, Jira).
- Experience in developing Electronic Warfare, RADAR, Communications, Kinematics, and/or Missile Systems.
- Preferred: Active US Government security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret clearance).
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AFSIM Mission Model.
- Proficiency in MATLAB.
- Familiarity with RF testing equipment such as Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Power Meters.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of RF concepts including antenna patterns and environmental effects.
Compensation and Benefits
Full-Time Salary Range: $215,270. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and candidate qualifications.
