Description
Oversee all elements of the designated residential services (Queens/Bronx), which includes managing the facility, financial documentation, interdisciplinary treatment teams, and program re-certification. This role also involves recruiting and directly supervising management personnel, as well as handling payroll, procurement, and billing processes, alongside preparing and monitoring financial ledgers. Supervise Managers to ensure that all clinical components of the program are executed promptly and effectively. Responsible for updating and revising Residential Habilitation Plans, ensuring that necessary meetings (Planning, Shift, Annual, Semi-Annual, etc.) are conducted, and that accurate minutes are recorded and maintained. Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and SCO Policy and Procedures by supervising record-keeping at residential houses, guaranteeing timely completion and high-quality standards. Conduct in-service training for Pre-Services and Annual Trainings, and ensure that all programmatic documentation (Consumer, Financial, MAR, Medical Books, etc.) is organized and current. Maintain high operational standards for the residences, including monitoring for proper facility maintenance (e.g., boiler inspections, landscaping, etc.). Oversee Medicaid billing processes, ensuring that services are delivered and documented in accordance with Medicaid and Waiver regulations. Engage with state agencies and other service providers in various contexts; foster relationships with families and stakeholders; provide supervision and mentorship to staff in a constructive and supportive manner. Additionally, candidates should exhibit the following qualities: Team-oriented mindset. Strong awareness of cultural diversity among staff and clients. Belief in individuals' potential for growth and change; establish respectful partnerships with those served and their families. Ability to set boundaries while maintaining a supportive practitioner role and intervening appropriately. At least two years of supervisory experience. A minimum of one year of experience managing an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Familiarity with ICF regulations.Salary is based on experience: $66,000-70,000
