We are seeking a highly skilled Systems and Network Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure with a primary focus on Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Office 365 (O365). Job Summary:

This position will ensure the stability, security, and efficiency of our server, application, and security systems while also supporting network infrastructure. You will act as an escalation point for helpdesk staff, administer and optimize Active Directory, and manage and maintain Office 365 applications and services for seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and optimize Active Directory, including user/group administration and Group Policy management.
  • Manage and maintain Office 365 applications and services for seamless business operations.
  • Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and redundancy, with proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Perform server administration, monitor datacenter health, and maintain backups.
  • Support LAN/WAN/WLAN environments, firewalls, switches, and related hardware/software.
  • Assist with IT projects, address escalated helpdesk tickets, and assist in troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with vendors, leadership, and end-users to meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct system audits to ensure compliance and performance optimization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An associate degree in computer science or equivalent technical training.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in systems and network administration, with expertise in AD, Group Policy, and O365.
  • Strong knowledge of server systems, network environments, and IT security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and participate in on-call rotations for after-hours/weekend support.

Salary Information:

This full-time position has a starting salary of $25.52 per hour.
