- Collaborate with patients and families to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and empowerment.
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of health conditions, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members, patients, and families to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) with a minimum of one year of critical care experience.
