Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by directly engaging with clients to confirm order precision, promptness, and thoroughness while addressing any customer issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process orders received via phone or email with accuracy.
  • Review online shop orders in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Conduct outbound calls to customers and prospects to follow up on orders and assess their product needs.
  • Thoroughly document customer complaints and ensure follow-up on issues, escalating medication-related concerns as per established procedures.
  • Manage credit request submissions.
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate them for resolution.
  • Provide sales support as needed, including sending invoices and marketing materials.
  • Develop strong relationships with the sales team and customers to manage account needs effectively.
  • Engage in cross-selling of products.
  • Assist with account documentation.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding for the online shop and address any queries.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their territories.
  • Understand customer needs and communicate them to relevant parties.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A high school diploma.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, as accuracy is critical in a medical context.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A solid work ethic and reliable attendance.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • The capacity to convey difficult information professionally when necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with AX or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
