Job Overview

Little Stars Therapy Services is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct care and support to our clients with autism and special needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one instruction to clients in classroom, home, and community settings.
  • Work on communication, social skills, toilet training, functional play, and gross/fine motor skills.
  • Monitor and record clients' progress toward behavioral goals each day.
  • Collaborate with other Behavior Technicians and Supervisors to ensure consistent and effective ABA therapy.
  • Participate in a comprehensive two-week training course to equip you with all the skills needed to succeed.

  • Passion for working with children with autism and related developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to work well with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Patience and resilience in challenging situations.
  • Attention to detail in following protocols and recording data.
