IT Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Technician II to join our Information Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining our computer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and efficient resolution for Help Desk service tickets
- Offer daily operations and system support to personnel
- Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, software, and systems
- Verify functionality of computer systems, software, copy/print systems, and connectivity
- Test new technologies
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures
- Maintain accurate equipment schedules for deployed hardware
- Manage companywide copier, printer fleet, and managed print services
- Create, plan, and carry out end-user webinar-based training sessions on various IT-related topics
- Assess company technology on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
- Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and technology changes
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of recent computer, software, and connectivity troubleshooting experience
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
- Must be resourceful and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems effectively and efficiently
- Advanced knowledge of current Microsoft Office 365 Suite and computer hardware
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting
- Professional customer service skills
- Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support
- Ability to travel to various company offices as needed
