In this field-based role, you will cultivate community connections, generate your own sales leads, and achieve sales targets while working autonomously. Your interactions will include face-to-face, telephonic, and virtual engagements with customers, external partners, and the community we support. Our Medicare Sales Representatives promote individual health plan offerings and provide education to beneficiaries about our services in a field environment. Additional products offered include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, Prescription, and more. Required Qualifications

  • Active Health Insurance License
  • Ability to build relationships with community stakeholders
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Capability to effectively use mobile applications
  • High degree of self-motivation; ability to achieve goals independently
  • A valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum coverage of 100/300/100 is required as part of our Driver safety program
  • A commitment to enhancing consumer experiences is essential
  • Must reside within the designated territory or have plans to relocate at your own expense

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Life Insurance License
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing without limitations or assistance
  • Sales experience in a managed healthcare environment

Additional Information

Any CenterWell associate who interacts with a member in a language other than English must complete a language proficiency assessment to ensure competency. Applicants may be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as mandated by the Federal Government.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, with a range of $31,500 - $43,400 per year. This position is eligible for a commission incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
