Clinical Nutrition Specialist

At Innovative Renal Care, we are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify nutritional needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and support.
- Provide ongoing nutritional education and support to patients and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics.
- Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- State licensure (if required by the state).
- Minimum of one year of professional experience in clinical nutrition.
- Previous experience in nutrition associated with ESRD patients is preferred.

- Annual raises significantly above the industry standard.
