Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities within the assigned territory, including prospecting, cold calling, account management, territory sales, lead generation, direct sales, territory management, and customer success related to our commercial HVAC products.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers to promote our commercial HVAC products.
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments within the organization.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrable experience in prospecting, cold calling, account management, territory sales, lead generation, direct sales, territory management, and customer success.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
• Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC products will be an added advantage.
