Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or needed repairs.
  • Service Delivery: Provide timely and efficient service to customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced to the highest standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of technicians to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest level of quality control, ensuring all work meets our company's standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of management experience in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Benefits
