About the Role

Panduit is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned distributors in the region and supporting the day-to-day business, projects, marketing, and end-users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth with Channel Accounts: Introduce Panduit products and solutions to drive growth with channel accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Convert Business from Competitors: Convert business from competitors and increase flow business by providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain Relationships with Channel Partners: Maintain good relationships with channel partners and provide support for specific needs, identifying further business opportunities.
  • Analyze Client Portfolios: Analyze client portfolios and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Regular Service Calls and Client Satisfaction: Conduct regular service calls and query client satisfaction to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Update CRM System: Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Partner with Marketing: Work in partnership with marketing to ensure campaigns are relevant and useful to the target audience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Location: Must live in Iowa or Nebraska.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% yearly.
