Location Manager - Agriculture Equipment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Location Manager to join our team at gpac. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Agriculture Equipment team and driving business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Develop and execute a business plan to achieve sales volume, margins, and efficiencies targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and development.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer retention.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with management colleagues to ensure new and used inventory turnover targets are achieved.
  • Location Operations: Ensure the location is maintained to company standards, including visual appeal, safety, security, and cleanliness.
  • Communication: Distribute company communications to employees at the location to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
  • Strategic Programs: Advocate for client's strategic programs, projects, and initiatives.
  • Safety: Actively promote and advocate safety, adhering to all applicable safety policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in Ag Sales.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with most ag equipment brands and their competitive products.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
