Senior Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with current and new customers, as well as supporting portfolio business development efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capture management, with experience in the Federal and DoD markets. They will be able to develop and execute win strategies, build relationships with teaming partners, clients, and employees, and assist in assessing and prioritizing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 10+ years of capture management experience in technical services
- Strong technical background to understand customer requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and have detailed organizational skills
