Seeking a Relationship Manager to manage all aspects of assigned corporate campaigns and partnerships in Fort Bend County. The Relationship Manager will establish, grow, and strengthen relationships with employers and internal influencers to maximize corporate and employee community involvement to meet revenue goals. Additionally, identifies corporate prospects, presents strategies to cultivate, solicits prosects and tracks success. Supports United Way's commitment to excellent customer service by facilitating communication and relationship-building with community partners and key stakeholders.Adeptness in conveying the story of the United Way to a diverse group of donors and corporate prospects for their cultivation is paramount. The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, flexible, accurate and detail oriented.(Must be a resident of Fort Bend County)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maximize campaign revenue by developing and implementing strategies to engage and solicit new corporate prospects, with a focus on Fort Bend County. Drive the strategy and execution around reimaging corporate partnerships and how to engage employees through workplace campaigns, and as individuals, to support the work of United Way. Facilitate workplace giving campaigns and create meaningful growth through best practice strategies focused on overall revenue, increasing employee participation, average gift and/or other important campaign metrics. Works closely with and meets routinely with their manager and other Advancement team members, volunteer leadership, donors, prospects, and other key staff.
  • Develop/enhance year-round relationships with company representatives and individual donors, with a focus on cultivating leadership donors that reflect the rich diversity of the city of Houston. Identify and build relationships with individuals that are strong prospects to cultivate a higher level of giving or have a high potential for impact with the corporate campaign setting. Provide premium customer service by establishing open communication, responding timely to requests, providing training, and keeping them informed of events and engagement opportunities.
  • Conduct prospect research and identification of prospects, using financial data, information from multiple news sources, and wealth screening services.Analyzes and interprets results to create and implement a fundraising plan that will enhance the growth of new high-level corporate partners.
  • Consistently document key conversations and updates with prospects, donors, and corporate partners into UWGH's relationship management database (Salesforce). Report campaign revenue with a high level of integrity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Partners with Advancement Engagement team to support the execution of special projects and organizational activities related to the overall Advancement division, the annual campaign, and the organization including the annual campaign kickoff and closing celebration, Campaign Leaders Conference and Loaned Executive Program. Performs other duties as assigned.
