Responsibilities
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure unit environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in providing a supportive and therapeutic environment for patients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human service field, with direct contact with individuals receiving services.
  • Compassionate and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Ability to utilize effective behavior management techniques.
