About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Tech to join our team at Foundations Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Tech, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Help maintain a safe and secure unit environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human service field, with direct contact with individuals receiving services.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
