About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Tech to join our team at Foundations Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Tech, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Help provide a safe and secure unit environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human service field, with direct contact with individuals receiving services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassion and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorders.
