About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Tech to join our team at Foundations Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Tech, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure unit environment for all patients and staff.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a High School diploma/GED equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a human service field, with direct contact with individuals receiving services.
  • Be compassionate about the care and safety of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Pass a respiratory fit test.
