About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Tech to join our team at Foundations Behavioral Health. As a Mental Health Tech, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and secure environment for our patients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Observe, report, and record patient behaviors under the supervision of nursing staff.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and secure unit environment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience in a human service field.
  • Or, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, sociology, or counseling.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be compassionate and understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder.
